I'm a re-seller, just got in a load of new Dells and there is literally at least 10 Roxio (cr)apps running that have to be uninstalled individually. What a pain, not to mention it seems every time there is a service pack to the OS or any number of later apps that come along (AVG for instance) will have trouble with Roxio. They can't even write their software to not be a pain in the ass in the near future due to their lack of foresight or insistence on writing their software contrary to best practices.
Terrible company. Terrible products- hell just the fact you have to run an uninstaller for each component is all you need to know about how lousy the software is.
